Delta Elements CERAMIC MOSAIC is made of frost-proof, colored glazed stoneware, not solid-colored. The mosaics are fixed on sheets, secured by a transparent adhesive foil on the front, optional with a glued mesh on the reverse side. The surface is silk matt as standard, optionally glossy. The product can be supplied in various formats and 50 natural colors; special productions are possible for large quantities.

- Classification according to EN 14411 ISO 13006 Annex G: group BIb

- Very low water absorption and wet stretching
- High resistance to stain and chemicals

- Easy removal of paint smears/graffiti
- Resistance to frost, de-icing salt, temperature changes and UV radiation
- Low porosity with a low water absorption of <3%
- No staining, sanding or algae formation
- High color fastness/very low color variations
- A1 fire protection classification of the covering according to DIN 4108
- Natural wash-off in the rain due to factory HT-coating
- Low maintenance effort compared to plastered surfaces
- Can also be used as wall and floor cladding indoors

PROCESSING| STORAGE

CERAMIC MOSAIC has to be processed by the floating-method (mortar on one side) according to DIN EN 12004. Full-surface adhesion of the product is essential. The optimum processing temperature is between 5 and 30° C. The product has to be stored implicit dry, in the shade, dust- and frost-proof and has to be processed within 6 month after production date.
